Project background

In a real job search, opportunity sources, application states, interview preparation and resume versions become fragmented across files and pages.

Goal & role

I designed an independent workspace that makes job-search information recordable, searchable, comparable and reusable.

What I did

I built connected modules for opportunities, application tracking, resume versions and reflection through shared fields, clear states and explicit next actions.

Workbook overview — Overview: opportunities, applications and retrospective entry points in one workspace.

Workbook opportunities — Opportunity pool: source, direction, priority and next action.

Workbook tracking — Application tracking: visible application, interview and follow-up states.

Workbook resume versions — Resume versions: traceable, reusable role-to-version matching.

Workbook retrospective — Retrospective: save outcomes, feedback and next adjustments.

Result & review

The system turns scattered information into a searchable, comparable personal asset, so each application can directly inform the next one.
